They’re pretty much the sharpest, easiest-to-use scissors ever and they’re made to keep your hands safe when you’re cutting through things like sheet metal that end up with a really sharp edge.

Then I just drilled in a couple of screws for each hook and 10 minutes later it was done!.Why do they even sell pre-made boards of hooks in stores?

It’s just irresponsible..I ended up using it on the wall in my mudroom.. It’s great for holding skipping ropes, dog leashes, wet towels, and stuff like that.. Usually in the Summer this area is just a big mess of toys and outdoor gear, but now it’s just a little more organized. It even looks a little bit fun, right?

‘Cause there are toys and stuff!Well, I still need to pick up a few more lawn games on end-of-season clearance to really finish off the “fun” look that I’m going for when you walk in here, but I do have this vintage croquet set that we found in the garage.

That looks like good Summer fun to me!.

My point is, if you’re starting to think about getting organized, and you think you might like some hooks for something like kids’ things at back-to-school time, why not try making something like this yourself rather than spending 10 times the money on a pre-made one?It may help the burn feel better and hurt less by creating a barrier over the burn, but it may actually be risky for some individuals.. After trying this myself, I can tell you I’ll definitely be doing this one again next time I’m a little clumsy in the kitchen.

There may not be professional medical backing for it, but anything that helps a burn hurt less is a winner in my books and a little raw egg seems like a safe enough thing to play around with to me.I do understand that those in the medical profession need to cover their butts though in case of individuals who find themselves lacking in common sense, especially during stressful times like when your hand feel like it’s on fire.

So of course they have a responsibility to discourage all crazy DIY medical treatments from curious people like myself. Here are some of my thoughts on the common-sense aspect of this little experiment:.
